Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay
This site provides information on the Chesapeake Bay Watershed as well as a description of their programs and projects. They are currently providing technical assistance to seven DC schools with regard to low impact development (LID) within the school grounds, through the Let It Rain program. - Chesapeake

DDOE’s Watershed Protection Division offers expertise and resources related to stormwater management and sediment and erosion control. DDOE has an Environmental Education Resource Center, located at 51 N Street, NE, Room 5015, which contains a variety of curricula, audio-visual materials, kits, gardening tools, lab equipment, references, models, brochures, maps, posters, etc. Educators may browse, borrow materials, and take advantage of give-away items.
